It has gone down in Boston history as "The Steal," immortalized by Celtics announcer Johnny Most's most famous call: "Greer is putting the ball in play. He gets it out deep and Havlicek steals it! Over to Sam Jones... Havlicek stole the ball! It's all over... It's all-l-l-l over!" The Eastern Division Game 7 win over Wilt's 76ers paved the way for Boston's unparalleled 7th straight NBA championship. Rarely if ever do you come across a program from the memorable Celtics/Sixers series, let alone one appearing to emanate from that very game. This unscored example features the vintage front-cover notation, "John Havlicek stole ball with 5 seconds left to save title...C's 110 / 76 109...Eastern Division Champions - 7th straight year." Frontal display appearance is VG, with some wrinkling on the back cover. Interestingly, Havlicek's bio inside almost presages his dramatic game-winning moment: "Red Auerbach rates Havlicek as having the best pair of hands on the team."
