Game-shapers and game-changers are remembered with this pair of multi-signed autograph displays featuring NFL pioneers George Halas, George Allen, Paul Brown, Sid Luckman and Ernie Nevers. These HOF legends took turns holding court from the early days of the NFL in the 1920s through six-plus decades into the 1980s in the case of “Papa Bear” Halas, who was honored for being the only participant who was active throughout the NFL's first sixty years of play. The groundwork, innovations and all-around genius of this quintet are much too great to detail here, as each is worthy of his own volume.

Former Chicago Bears coaches/players Halas (“7”, d.1983), Luckman (“7”, d.1998) and Allen (“8-9”, d.1990) are teamed-up on a c.1965 program page titled “Chicago Bears Coaching Staff”. This vintage multi-signed page is neatly framed and matted to 10-1/2 x 13-1/2” in a sleek black metal frame ready for immediate display. Longtime assistant coach Phil Handler (“5-6”, d.1968) has also signed this page as did his fellow coaches, next to their respective photos. Auction LOA from JSA.

Cleveland Browns co-founder Paul Brown (“8-9”, d.1991) is paired with 1920s superstar fullback Ernie Nevers (“8”, d.1976) with similar sized cuts that make for impressive display in another black metal professionally framed 8-1/2 x 8-1/2” display. Full photo LOA from JSA.
