Four of the five covers have the now-cryptic questions "Where is 3d BASE?" which all Boston fans at that time immediately recognized as a reference to Nuf Ced McGreevey's bar. The fifth carries a Nuf Ced cartoon and explicitly states, "At Baltimore in '97, Pittsburg '03, New York '04, with the odds against us in the enemy's battlefield, we cheered them on to victory and brought home that flag—NEXT / 3rd Base / Nuf Ced." The 5-3/4" x 8-3/4" programs are each lightly scored in pencil. FR to GD condition. Opposing teams are the Browns (2), Highlanders, White Sox and, interestingly enough, the N.L.'s Beaneaters—which suggests a crosstown exhibition game.
