On the heels of his clutch double in Game 1 of the 2016 World Series, Schwarber earned a starting spot as Cubs left fielder and leadoff hitter in 2017. His 33.75", 32 oz. bat is an uncracked Dinger KS-10 model with outstanding use including numerous ball marks and stitch impressions, plus cleat marks, blue bat rack streaks, a ring from a weighted batting donut, moderate pine tar, and Schwarber's uniform number "12" on the knob and top of barrel. According to John Taube, "The mark visible on the handle identifies the face grain of the bat. This is a mandatory marking, per Major League Baseball, for all maple bats since January 2009." Graded GU 10. Accompanying is a full photo LOA from Taube, PSA/DNA.
