Head for the clubhouse with this colorful collection of vintage Golf cards. Dating from the 1910s-1960s is an international assortment of (198) cards from the USA, the UK and pre-WWII Germany. This generally pleasing collection tees-up in a grade range of (50% VG-EX to EX-MT, 45% GD to VG, 5% lesser). The main body of this group are (179) assorted British tobacco types, such as instructional cards on different types of shots, "Championship" golf courses and star golfers. The U.S. contingent includes: (3) Mecca T218 Champion Golfers; (3) Murad College Series; (1) Mutoscope pin-up girl; (1) film strip sticker with the Marx Brothers; (2) match book covers with pin-up girls; (3) JFK cards; (1) 1947-48 Pep James Ferrier photo card; (1) Tareyton card with comic strip character Henry; (1) Lucky Strike "Happy-Go-Luckies" die-cut card (rare); and (1) game card. Also present are (2) 1930s German tobacco cards and (1) SC12 "bundle of golf clubs" silk from the “Canadian Miscellany” silk series.
