Widely regarded as the best player in the world, Lionel Messi donned this Argentina National Team jersey during the 2015 Copa America in Chile, a tournament for which he was selected Most Valuable Player but rejected the honor. The blue micromesh/dazzle cloth blend pullover garment features an applique Argentina team logo crest displayed on the left breast, while a white applique “Adidas” logo adorns the right breast. The famed forward’s number “10” is displayed on the front and back in white applique with gray accents, while “MESSI” appears atop the back number in solid white applique. A twill white striped pattern is sewn to the shoulders, while the collar and sleeve endings are comprised of a stretch ribbed material.  Within the collar, a flap tag has a numeric code. There are felt-lined patches sewn to the sleeves, respectively advertising UNICEF and the 2015 Copa America Tournament. Light wear is evident and an LOA from the Brazilian National Team shirts manager accompanies, as he was gifted this jersey from the Argentina kitman.
