The Bull and the Secretary of Defense roamed the Phillies outfield together from 1975 to 1980—and, indeed, Maddox's 34.5", 33 oz. bat does hail from that very championship season, though it's game ready with no evidence of game use. Luzinski's, on the other hand, comes from his later White Sox years and is graded GU 8.5. It's 35" and 35.2 oz. with outstanding use such as ball marks, stitch impressions and transfers, as well as cleat marks, bat-rack streaks, scoring and light pine tar to the handle, and "GL" stamped on the knob. Accompanying are full LOAs from John Taube, PSA/DNA.
