Description

Complete and partial runs, key issues and plenty of value overall recommend this treasure chest collection of 1940s-1990s comic books. This diverse assortment goes long in the super-hero, anti-hero and fantasy genres with front rank characters such as Batman, Superman, Spider-Man, Spawn, Daredevil, Iron Man and many others. The handful of older issues dating from the 1940s-1960s generally show considerable wear though a few present as better, while the bulk from the 1970s-1990s are well preserved for the most part, with just a small percentage rating as lesser. Also worth noting is that many of the most recent issues appear to be unread. Leading the way are a complete 1970s Marvel "John Carter" run with annuals and a 1990s Image "Spawn" partial run of the earliest issues.
