Description

From the third and most recent stop in the franchise’s “Tale of Three Cities,” the Atlanta Braves make a fashion statement in this lot of (6) team-issued and/or game-worn apparel items. Includes:

 

1980s Warm-Up Jacket: a blue satin-like button-down garment with the script-style “Braves” angled across the chest in white-on-red twill. Within the 3-1/2”-wide collar, a “Wilson” label denotes size “44.” Moderate wear.

1980s Jacket: a blue satin-like button-down garment with “Braves” angled across the chest in white twill on red satin twill. The collar’s interior is home to a “Starter” size “XL” label and multiple handwritten numeric notations. Solid wear.

1990s Jacket: a dark blue satin-like button-down garment with “Braves” angled across the chest in red-on-white twill and the tomahawk logo sewn just below in like fashion (with gold-colored accents). The collar’s interior is home to a “Wilson” size “44” label. Light wear.

1990s Warm-Up Jacket: a blue nylon pullover garment with a team logo embroidered to the left breast. Within the zippered collar, a “Starter” label denotes size “XXXL.” Light wear.

Marty Malloy 1993 Macon Braves Game-Worn Jersey: worn by the Gainesville, Florida native in the Class A South Atlantic League, the white knit button-down garment features blue and red twill identifiers and “Wilson” size “44” tagging. Light wear.

2000s Windbreaker: a blue nylon short-sleeve pullover garment with a tomahawk logo sewn to the left breast. Within the mesh-lined collar, a “Majestic” label is accompanied by a size “L” flap tag. Minimal wear.
