Lew Lipset's British Open programs originate from the personal collection of a newspaperman by the name of Stan Lincoln, whose vintage cover signature and meticulous scoring are present throughout the collection. This late-1950s period marked the start of a new era as stalwarts Bobby Locke and Peter Thomson passed the British Open baton to rising star Gary Player.
