Celebrating “The Goal” nearly half a century later, Hall of Fame defenceman Bobby Orr has autographed this Boston Bruins replica sweater and added a telling inscription. The limited edition  (14/250) black knit size “50” pullover garment features yellow and white accents, a Bruins logo sewn to the front center and Orr’s since-retired number “4” sewn to the back in yellow-on-white twill. On the left breast, Orr has signed in silver-colored marker (“8-9” strength) and inscribed “May 10, 1970.” The date, of course, refers to Game 4 of the 1969-70 Stanley Cup finals in which Orr went parallel to the ice to score the game-winning goal in overtime, giving the Bruins their first Stanley Cup since 1941. Just below the team logo are embroidered details of Orr's impressive NHL feats. Accompanying is a COA/hologram from Great North Road, as well as a basic cert/sticker from JSA.
