Get off to the races 1930s style, with this group of (4) vintage Indianapolis 500 race day souvenirs. Decorated with classic period graphics, are (2) programs and (2) ticket stubs in exceptionally good condition given their advanced age and considerable rarity. Founded in 1911, the Indy 500 is considered one of the premier racing events in the world and under the auspices of WWI fighting ace pilot Eddie Rickenbaker, the event was booming in the 1930s. Head back to the Rickenbacker ownership days with these handsome event relics. Featured are: (2) Programs with: 5/30/35 (VG-EX) due to a light abrasion at bottom right, otherwise presents a good bit better; 5/30/1938 (EX); and (2) Ticket Stubs with: 5/31/37 (VG-EX+) bright, crisp and very pleasing; 5/30/39 (VG) also very pleasing with deference to a written notation at top.
