Donald Trump's second-favorite President now has a prominent portrait in the Oval Office and is suddenly as much talked about as he ever has been in the past century. Here, the 7th Chief Executive approves the passage of a 22-man ship called the "Cicero of New Bedford." The elegant partial document measures 10-1/2" x 14-1/2" and appears to be neatly adhered around the perimeter to the backing board. VG condition overall with an intact EX-MT presidential seal and "7-8"-strength signature. Framed to 15x17. Auction LOA from JSA.

Frames included with lots: while we make every effort to protect the frames included in these lots during pre-auction storage and post-auction shipping, we are not responsible for any damage to the frames themselves, and no refunds will be given due to frame damage.
