Description

The hustle of Yankees Stadium and the bustle of New York City are the focus of this 2002 Charles Fazzino serigraph. Titled "Let's Go Yankees", this exciting piece is LE numbered "18/50 PR", indicating it comes from the "Premiere Edition" of this 3-D pop art work. Mounted in a deluxe display cabinet frame measuring 24x36x5 overall, this colorful creation depicts Yankee Stadium amid a vibrant New York City scene. The 3-D serigraph artwork is seen in a window of 15x19 and is signed by artist Fazzino on the black at bottom right and an MLB hologram sticker is affixed just to the right of the limited edition numbering. Fazzino had concocted a detailed three-layer Yankees dominion, with iconic buildings in the background and amusing legends scattered about, including one fan with "Jeter will you marry me" scrawled across her dress. Swarovski Crystal has been used to accent the scene throughout, providing luminous highlights and completing the design is a gold-tone baseball glove in a smaller window at bottom just above the legend "New York Yankees". While the frame shows minor touches of wear, it remains highly suitable for display and the artwork presents as like-new.
