Description

Having made it to the World Series a record forty times, the New York Yankees have had plenty of chances for their star players to shine during the postseason. An illustrious club of World Series MVPs is spotlighted with this multi-signed photo display, signed by all of the Yankees who have earned the award from 1956-2009. These men have produced some truly memorable moments, including Don Larsen's perfect game in 1956, Reggie Jackson's 3-homer game in 1977 and Bobby Richardson's brilliant performance in 1960 that saw him named the Series MVP as the only player from a losing team ever to achieve such recognition.

Framed to overall dimensions of 27x23 is a 2004 ALCS photo featuring Derek Jeter and Mariano Rivera standing on a section covered with actual dirt from Yankee Stadium. This handsome display presents in excellent condition and includes a plate titled "World Series MVP's", listing the names of the (12) Yankees who have signed the photo. The signatures average ("9-10") potency and are all accompanied by inscriptions of the dates the awards were won, with: Don Larsen 1956, Bob Turley 1958, Bobby Richardson 1960, Whitey Ford 1961, Ralph Terry 1962, Reggie Jackson 1977, Bucky Dent 1978, John Wetteland 1996, Scott Brosius 1998, Mariano Rivera 1999, Derek Jeter 2000 and Hideki Matsui 2009. Steiner sticker only.
