Description

Bag a couple of long gone Hall of Famers, with this autographed photo lot of (2). Had the All-Star Game been a thing when the careers of Frankie Frisch (d.1973) and Pie Traynor (d.1972) made in to the Majors, these big-time stars would have locked up the left side of the infield for the National League for at least a dozen seasons. Frisch made his MLB debut in 1919 and Traynor joined him a year later, in 1920. When the "mid-summer classic" arrived in 1933, Frisch was selected from 1933-1935 and Traynor teamed with him in 1933 and 1934 for the first two All-Star Games. These steadfast infielders are teamed here for your collecting pleasure, with:

Frankie Frisch ("6-7") strength autograph on a 2-1/2 x 4-1/2" photo framed to overall dimensions of 14x16, comes with full photo LOA from PSA/DNA

Pie Traynor ("7-8") strength autograph on an 8x10 photo that shows moderate rippling, also comes with full photo LOA from JSA
