Jimmy Conzelman and company steamrolled the competition in 1928, losing just one game en route to the NFL title. This could be that one loss! On October 7th, Providence hosted Frankford, going up 6-0 on a 2nd-quarter connection between Conzelman and Wildcat Wilson, before the Yellow Jackets buzzed back in the 4th with a touchdown and field goal for a 10-6 win. Their second game on the Steam Roller's home turf came on November 18th with a 6-0 Providence victory. (The third match-up, this time in Philly, ended in a 6-6 tie.) Interestingly, Providence holds the distinction of being the last now-defunct NFL team to win a championship. Program measures 6-1/4" x 9-1/2" and is technically GD/VG but displays better.
