Travel back in time to the height of glory for the Chicago Cubs franchise, with this 1908-1912 real photo postcard lot of (3), including (2) that are graded by SGC. The Cubs great success during the early 1900s is largely attributed to the famous infield combination of "Tinker to Evers to Chance" and ace hurler Mordecai "Three Finger" Brown, who led their teammates to four National League pennants and two World Series championships over the period 1906-1910. This exciting trio of postcards make fine remembrances of this mighty baseball dynasty, with:

1910 "Cubs, National League Champions, 1910" postcard with player portrait photos, including Chance, Evers, Tinker and Brown, graded SGC (PR 1)

1910 "West Union Cubs Fans Off for Chicago 10/19/1910" with Cubs fans on a train platform, graded SGC (FR 1.5)

c.1908-1912 "Baseball Game, West Side Ball Grounds, Chicago" (VG-EX). This card predates the 1914 opening of Wrigley Field and is from "West Side Park," the Cubs home from 1893-1915. Several versions of this postcard exist with production dates noted as 1908 to 1912. This example appears to be the rarest with this particular stadium scene on the front. The unused back of the card is printed with "Made in Germany", "No. 240" and "65052", along with the words "Post Card" in ornate lettering style
