Comic book fans need no introduction to Neal Adams. This greatly admired artist has worked on a vast array of comic book titles over the past sixty years, among them DC's "The Adventures of Jerry Lewis". Here we have Adams' original artwork for page 20 from issue #104 from this classic humor title, which was published in February, 1968. This richly detailed work is a visual delight, in keeping with Adams' great talent. Comedic genius Jerry Lewis is put through his paces, appearing as three different characters on this single page, with what appears to be the main character on the run from some mayhem minded henchmen. Includes a few professional blue pencil editorial notations, however they are unobtrusive to display and actually provide excellent authenticity and two hole punches on the bottom border are consistent with artworks that are similar to this bright, clean board. Adams has signed boldly at bottom, with his autograph radiating ("9-10") potency and this very desirable piece is professionally framed and matted to overall dimensions of 16-1/2 x 20-1/2.
