You'd be hard-pressed to find a more affordable and displayable team ball from the Mackmen's dynasty years. 1930 marked the A's repeat world championship and second of three straight A.L. pennants. Al Simmons took the batting crown with a career-high .381 and Lefty Grove captured pitching's Triple Crown with 28 wins, a career-high 209 strikeouts and a 2.54 ERA. According to JSA, all of the signatures on the darkly toned, heavily scuffed OAL (Barnard) ball have been "carefully enhanced" at some point in the past. Full LOA from JSA.
