Founded in 1962, the New York Mets have enjoyed their fair share of success, winning two championships in five trips to the World Series. Their last appearance in the "Fall Classic" came in 2015 and one of the players who helped them get there was pitcher Jon Niese. Along the way to a meeting with the Royals in the 2015 World Series, the Mets eliminated the Dodgers in the NLDS and here we have a fantastic piece from this showdown, with the jersey Niese wore for Game 4, on 10/13/15 at Citi Field. This bright white, pinstriped Mets home jersey takes the field in close to like-new state, with minimal wear. A fantastic "2015 Postseason" patch occupies the right sleeve and a Mets logo patch provides visual balance on the left sleeve. The front features the customary Mets lettering and Niese's uniform number "49" patches. Patches with Niese's name and number take up a good portion of the area on the back, and a small MLB logo patch is positioned above his name. At front left on the tail are factory labeling decals, with the maker "Majestic" and the size "48". One of these labels is affixed with an MLB Authentication hologram sticker and a New York Mets Amazin' Memorabilia COA accompanies.
