Diamond stars from a bygone age are profiled throughout the offered 1951 Topps Connie Mack's All-Time All-Star complete set of (11/11) cards. These "punched" die-cuts are technically low-grade and display varying degrees of creasing, tab loss and fold stress. However, the player selection overwhelms any technical detractors. The informative biographical reverses are mostly clean. Includes: Alexander, Cochrane, E. Collins, J. Collins, Gehrig (missing bat), W. Johnson (reverse writing), Mack (reverse paper loss), Mathewson, Ruth, Speaker and Wagner.
