Coming off of a stunning upset loss to the "Amazin' Mets" in the 1969 World Series, the Baltimore Orioles attacked the 1970 season with all guns blazing. The results were a lofty 108-win regular season and one of the most dominant postseasons ever, with a sweep of the Twins in the ALCS and a five-game victory over the Reds in the World Series. Throughout this determined campaign, ten position players racked up double digit home run totals and "aces" Palmer, McNally and Cueller all totaled 20 or more wins. Big "Boog" Powell was the AL MVP and Brooks Robinson's remarkable postseason play earned him the World Series MVP award. Preserve your memories of this team for the ages, with this 1970 Orioles World Series champions team-signed baseball.

This OAL/Cronin ball presents as a fairly clean and pleasing example, however the factory stamps are faded. The (29) autographs appear to be period signed and they range ("6" to "8") in potency, unless noted. Auction LOA from JSA.
