Popular comic book artist Todd McFarlane was granted a thrilling showcase in 1990, when Marvel Comics assigned him the writing and art duties for the new "Spider-Man" title, that began with the "Torment" story arc. This series was introduced with multiple #1 first issue cover editions, including regular (green), silver, gold and platinum designations, with both poly-bagged and un-bagged versions, for direct and newsstand sales. While that's a lot of possible variations, the offered selection narrows down to two color versions, with both bagged and un-bagged examples. All (26) of the comics in this 1990-1994 Spider-Man comic lot range in top grades of (NM to NM-MT) and they make highly suitable candidates for grading submission.

Highlights are:

Spider-Man #1 regular edition with green cover (X8), including (1) sealed poly-bagged example;

Spider-Man #1 silver edition (X8), including (1) sealed poly-bagged example.

Also present are (10) other Spider-Man issues, with: #2 (X5), #3 (X2), #4 (X2) and #50 holograph collector's edition (X1).
