These vintage examples average (VG) condition, with varying degrees of typical afflictions such as pinholes, moth holes, point erosion and/or soiling. Despite long attrition, display appeal remains solid, thanks to the ample integrity of the graphics and lettering.
Chief among these full-size examples, is a Pittsburgh Pirates pennant with a 1960 team photo, inset in a buccaneer bandana frame (GD-VG). Historians recall the Pirates dramatic 1960 World Series win against the NY Yankees, which came on a walk-off homer by second baseman Bill Mazeroski, who is seen at the left end of the front row. Down near the other end on the front row, is the late, great Roberto Clemente, seated third from the right end.
