Co-founder of the Beach Boys, Al Jardine played rhythm and bass guitar, wrote songs, and sang lead vocals on "Help Me Rhonda." Jardine toured with the Beach Boys from the 1960s up through the late 1990s, and then joined the group's 50th Anniversary tour in 2012. He donned this "BEACH BOYS / JARDINE" jersey back when San Diego Padres' fans enjoyed the annual tradition of a postgame Beach Boys concert! The Goodman & Son's size-40 jersey is NM. Accompanied by an LOA from a former Padres executive that reads, "In the early 1980s a tradition of annually having the Beach Boys play after a Padres game began. To tie in baseball with the Beach Boys this jersey was made for Al Jardine and given to me by their promoter after their performance."
