Description

Brighten up your day, with a half-dozen "yes men" at your disposal. When it comes down to a cheerful demeanor, bobble head dolls are the perfect charmers. Here we have a group of (6) gold base bobble heads and (3) boxes. This squad of boy face and mascot figures is very desirable overall, with:

Houston Astros boy face is stamp dated "1968, Made in Japan" on the underside of the base, which also bears a "Sports Specialties" sticker. This piece shows abundant gloss and bold paint, with moderate wear, to rate as (EX+). Comes with an attractive box, that retains a solid shape.

Chicago White Sox boy face has a "Sports Specialties" sticker, and presents handsomely, but rates as (VG) due to moderate wear around the head opening, a crack on the back of the head in the hair, that is unobtrusive upon casual viewing, and small chips on the cap and right ear. Comes with an attractive box that retains a solid shape.

Philadelphia Phillies boy face stamped "Patent Japan" is a vibrant (EX+) example with deference to the head tilting right. There is a small paint blemish on the cap, near the "P" logo, several small chips on the front of the base, and a pinpoint paint chip in front of the left ear, that appears to be a factory firing flaw.

San Diego Padres boy face has compromised decals on the cap and jersey, that are split due to positioning over design seams. There are also small chips on the base, and a spot of surface paint loss on the back of the right leg, adding up to a (VG-EX) rating.

Pittsburgh Pirates buccaneer mascot stamped "Patent Japan", is (GD) because of surface loss and chips around the head opening, otherwise presents much better.

Chicago Cubs cub mascot with felt coating under the base is (FR-GD) with extensive wear on the head, however the result is a pleasing period look. Comes with an attractive, solid box that is mismatched stamped "White Sox".
