Graded 70 EX+ 5.5 by SGC and confirmed as pose #329-1. No recent sales have been reported of the offered 1887 N172 Old Judged "Honest" John Morrill portrait. This handsome rendering of the mustachioed Boston first baseman is properly centered with evenly worn corners, crisp edges and a clean back. Although slightly muted, the nineteenth century subject is still immediately recognizable.
