Mantle specialists add a seldom offered endorsement piece to your collection, with this 1960 Keen-Eye Co. Mickey Mantle's Sky-Hi game. This scarce survivor is professionally mounted in a like-new 17-1/2 x 23" shadowbox frame, ready for immediate display. A 12" diameter red hoop is banded over the original factory header card, which features an illustration of Mickey at left on the front panel, along without a printed text statement that details the intention "To Develop Skill and Experience". The header's back panel provides instructions for use and activities. Issued at the height of Mantle's fame more than sixty years ago, the header card shows moderate signs of use, including a 2" tear on the back, while the colors are bold and all graphics are distinct. Two sets of catching-throwing sticks are absent, however a welcome addition is seen in the form of an entry form to "Win a Trip to the 1960 World Series". Featuring a headshot photo of Mantle at right, this form readily dates this obscure piece, which is destined for prominent display.
