Nearing the end of his MLB career, Jose Canseco was still bashing balls out of the park with tremendous frequency. The titanic slugger had tallied 31 dingers for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays in the first half of the 1999 season, earning him the fan vote as the starter at DH for the AL squad. This was Canseco's sixth and final ASG selection, however injury and resultant back surgery kept him out of the Mid-Summer Classic. A bit of this "Bash Brother's" legacy is up for grabs, with this Jose Canseco 1999 MLB All-Star Game ring. Approximately size "12", this massive piece of jewelry was fashioned in Auralite by famous maker Jostens, as engraved on the interior of the band.

The site of the game is recognized on the left shank, with the legend "1912 Fenway Park", above the American League logo. The right shank bears the legend "All-Star Game '99" over the Boston Red Sox logo, and the center features the date "'99", over a red stone, with a small diamond chip at center. Condition is excellent, with all devices displaying distinctly. Accompanying is a brief handwritten letter of provenance, dated 10/26/03 on Toronto Blue Jays letterhead. Signed by Canseco ("9"), this letter reads in full "I, Greg Holmes, just purchased Jose Canseco's 1999 All Star ring.". Auction LOA from JSA for the signature.

Also included are an autographed Jose Canseco Boston Red Sox hat and single-signed baseball. Auction LOA.
