Find the answer to the stumper "what baseball team was led by Gus Triandos in home runs, and Hoyt Wilhelm in wins as a starting pitcher?" with this Gus Triandos game-used bat. Showing moderate signs of authentic use/wear, this Louisville Slugger is burned in with a facsimile Triandos signature on the barrel, and his uniform number "11" is written on the knob. Amping up the value of this vintage gamer are (31) autographs, provided by members of the 1959 Baltimore Orioles team. Dating the application of these period signings is determined by the presence of pitcher Ernie Johnson, whose only season with the O's was 1959. In addition to Orioles players and coaches, this bat is also signed by Ernie Harwell, who was in his final year as a sportscaster for the team, and also George Kell, who retired as a player with the Orioles after the 1957 season, and who was working as a sportscaster for the Detroit Tigers in '59.

The (31) autographs average ("7-8") strength, with: Paul Richards (manager), Lum Harris (coach), Al Vincent (coach), Brooks Robinson (HOF), Hoyt Wilhelm (HOF), Billy Gardner, George Kell (HOF, sportscaster), Billy Hoeft, Jerry Walker, Bob Boyd, Chico Carrasquel, Billy O'Dell, Barry Shetrone, Gene Woodling, Jack Fisher, Willie Tasby, Walt Dropo, Bob Nieman, Willy Miranda, Hal Brown, Rip Coleman, Al Pilarcik, Billy Loes, Gus Triandos, Billy Klaus, Arnold Portocarrero, Ernie Johnson, Bob Hale, Albie Pearson, Ernie Harwell (HOF sportscaster), and Marty Tabacheck (minor leaguer). Auction LOA from JSA for the autographs.
