One of Hartland's more colorful creations rides into view, with this 1950s Chief Brave Eagle Horse and Rider set. This nicely preserved piece is based on the 1955-1956 CBS television series "Brave Eagle", which was the first show with a Native American lead character. Housed in its original factory box, this set saddles up in prime shape, with the Brave Eagle figure presenting as (NM) with just very minor touches of wear on the silver hair band and his horse White Cloud rides high in (NM+) state. The small traces of wear on the figure's hair band are due to contact with the accompanying feathered head dress, which reports in (NM) condition with deference to minor soiling on the interior only. Other accessories present are the blanket saddle, knife, bow and arrow, which are all fairly fresh in appearance, though the drawstring on the bow has snapped. Decorated with fantastic graphics, the box is clean, solid and very pleasing, presenting EX-MT details, with deference to a short tear and a crease on the bottom flap.
