Soar to new collecting heights with this Superman statue lot of (3) in original factory boxes. While there may be a few obscure and long-forgotten costumed heroes buried deep in the annals of comic book history, for all intents and purposes Superman is the first super-hero. So ingrained in the universe of pop culture that he almost seems real, the "Man of Steel" promises real pride of ownership with this exciting trio of high quality figures, which are all in new condition with boxes that present handsomely.

Featured are:

DC Direct "Superman Deluxe Statue" presumed to be (MIB) as the interior packing remains sealed. Standing tall at a height of 14" on a 6x6 base, this titanic piece depicts Superman as soaring over the "Daily Planet" building with the famous gold globe on top. A photo with a direction arrow on the box and the printed claim "Includes Motorized Rotating Base!", indicate the globe spins and the sculptor for this incredible piece is identified as Jonathan Matthews. Also printed on the box is the composition description "Hand-Painted, Cold Cast Porcelain Statue" and LE numbering of "72/1,500" on a sticker affixed to the bottom panel of the box, that matches the included COA.

DC Direct "Superman Departure from Krypton Mini-Statue" presumed to be (MIB) as the interior packing remains sealed. This magnificent 6-1/2 x 5 x 3-3/4" diorama features Superman in a famous scene as a baby in rocket ship, with his parents "Jor-El" and "Lara" standing over him as they prepare to launch him to safety from the imminent destruction of his home world "Krypton". Described as a "Hand-Painted Cold-Cast Porcelain Mini-Statue", this classic piece was designed and sculpted by William Paquet.

DC Direct "Cover to Cover Superman #1 Statue" (MT) LE numbered "675/2,500". Sculpted by Tony Cipriano, this 7-1/2 x 6-1/2 x 3" tribute statue commemorates the Superman #1 comic book front cover art by Joe Shuster. The back of the box is formatted to "Recreate This Cover in 3-D" by replicating the background of this famous comic cover, to serve as a backdrop for the statue.

Also present is an Ata-Boy "Superman Nite Lite" (MIP) in original package which has been opened, though the piece remains unused.
