This is a 1909 T206 white border of the desired Ty Cobb, graded a solid VG-EX 4 by PSA with no creases, bright colors, slightly off-center with nice borders. This is one of the nicest PSA 4’s on the front, however it has minor stains on the back. This is the red portrait version and comes with the Piedmont 350 back.
