Graded 50 VG-EX 4 by SGC. The image on the 1939 Play Ball #92 Ted Williams rookie card is the perfect picture of Teddy's picture-perfect swing. The slender Williams was staring into the camera’s eye as the shot was snapped, a bold image with no background noise to distract the observer. This fairly well centered card (60/40, top to bottom) has both a clean and crisp front and reverse. A small hairline crease, visible from the back has relegated this splendid card to its present grade.
