With the score knotted at 3-3 in the bottom of the 9th in Game 6 of the 1935 World Series, Goose Goslin singled to plate teammate Mickey Cochrane for the third "walk-off" hit in Fall Classic annals. Additionally, the championship signaled the Tigers first such accomplishment. Encapsulated and assessed "Authentic" by PSA, the offered ticket stub was issued at Detroit's Navin Field for that historic Motown feat. Measuring approximately 5 x 2-1/4", the lavender-hued voucher has an even admission tear at the perforation and features printed seating/event legends and the facsimile signature of Tigers president Frank Navin. The front presents nicely and shows very minor corner wear. Paper loss and what appears to be a repair to the reverse has resulted in the technical assessment.
