Graded VG 3 by PSA. Issued at San Francisco's Candlestick Park for the July 18, 1970 contest between the host Giants and the expansion Montreal Expos, this ticket stub granted its bearer an upper deck vantage point to Willie Mays' 3,000th career hit. Drilling a second-inning single off Expos starter Mike Wegener, Mays became only the 10th member of the esteemed fraternity. The "RAIN CHECK" voucher has seating and event legends, shows a somewhat uneven admission tear and two hole punches (also rendered upon admission)
