Delayed in the wake of the interruption caused by the 9/11 tragedies, the 2001 World Series was a tense and taut affair marked by the exploits of “Mr. November” and, ultimately, a rare blown save by Mariano Rivera. These souvenirs were issued for that memorable Fall Classic and include:PSA Graded Game 4 Full Ticket encapsulated and Graded EX-MT 6 by PSA, this full Yankee Stadium “Loge Box” voucher features a colorful event logo and the host team’s stars-and-stripes themed “Top Hat” logo. With sharp edges/corners and a clean reverse, the keepsake is consistent with the technical assessment and hails from the first-ever non-exhibition contest played in November. The contest began on October 31 but play extended to just past midnight, setting the stage for Derek Jeter to hit a walk-off home run in the bottom of the 10th and earn his “Mr. November” billing.Game 6 Full Ticket a “Section 310” season pass voucher with colorful event and Diamondbacks logos, as well as printed seating/event legends.
