Providing flash, pizzazz, controversy and (above all else) tape-measure home runs, Reggie Jackson backed his self-assessment as the "straw that stirs the drink" by launching three home runs in Game 6 of the 1977 World Series. Encapsulated and assessed “Authentic” by PSA, this ticket stub was issued to one of 56,407 wowed spectators for that longball clinic on October 18, 1977. As Jackson launched three Ruthian home runs deep into the New York night, the Yankees ended a (then) club-record 15-year title drought with an 8-4 triumph over the Los Angeles Dodgers. While a horizontal crease accounts for the technical assessment, the voucher presents quite nicely beyond that, with printed seating/event details, a colorful team logo and a clean reverse.
