After waiting through three days of torrential rainfall in Boston, the Red Sox and Reds gave Fenway park spectators and the sizable live television audience an epic performance they would never forget. This full ticket was issued in Beantown for an unforgettable Fall Classic battle that culminated with Carlton Fisk’s theatrical home run. Encapsulated and Graded EX-MT 6 by PSA, this historically significant October voucher is the lone specimen at its tier with only six graded higher. On the obverse, printed seating/event legends remain crystal clear and the vibrant hues haven’t faded in the least. The clean reverse, sharp edges/corners and sturdy perforations are consistent with the technical assessment. Simply put, this World Series relic is about as rare as that night’s performance.
