Depicted only three years prior to his untimely passing in 1891 at the age of 27 from tuberculosis, Jim Fogarty of the Philadelphia Quakers is memorialized on this eye-catching 1888 N173 Old Judge Cabinet. Graded VG-EX 4 by PSA, the "Bat Over Right Shoulder" pose is the only such example judged by the third-party grading service. The San Francisco native appears poised to strike the orb which floats atop the crystal clear sepia image. The perimeter and edges are clean while the blank reverse displays faint fingerprint impressions which do not disrupt the overall presentation. More on our website.
