There was a day, believe it or not, that the Boston Red Sox were the far superior of the rival franchises, proudly boasting of five championships before the Yanks had any. At the forefront of that Beantown dynasty, ironically, was Babe Ruth, a masterful moundsman who had yet to discover his home run stroke. Encapsulated and assessed “Authentic” by PSA, this 1915 World Series Game 5 ticket stub was issued at Philadelphia’s Baker Bowl for the clincher of Ruth’s first-ever World Series. The voucher features printed seating/event details, including a “Game 3” designator (as Game 5 was the third game played in Philadelphia) and the facsimile signature of Phillies President William F.
