At the peak of Major League Baseball’s first true dynasty, the 1913 Philadelphia Athletics became the first team to secure three World Series titles, felling the New York Giants in that year's Fall Classic. Encapsulated and Graded VG-EX 4 by PSA, this ticket stub was issued at Shibe Park for Game 2 of that showdown. One of (2) specimens at its tier with none graded higher, the “Right Field Pavilion” voucher features printed seating/event details and the facsimile signature of A’s skipper/owner Connie Mack.Game 2, incidentally, was the lone game won by the Giants in that series. Authoring his fifth and final World Series triumph (not to mention, his fourth Fall Classic shutout), Christy Mathewson went the distance for a 3-0 win in 10 innings.
