The offered 1960 Leaf Baseball Series 2 unopened wax box with (24) packs begs the tantalizing question, “to open or not to open?” This well-preserved artifact could yield multiple gradable copies from the tough #73-144 series including #125 Anderson, #128 Cepeda and #144 Bunning. A full complete series of (72) cards is also a possibility. Featured are (22) Global Authority/Authentication graded packs including (2) GAI 7.5, (4) GAI 7, (2) GAI 6.5, (6) GAI 6, (2) GAI 5.5, (6) GAI 5 and (2) ungraded due to contusions and rips in the original packaging (both unsearched). The packs display much nicer than the technical grade and are evaluated as such due to label centering on the surface of the pack. Additionally, the scarce display box exhibits crisp exteriors and a completely attached lid, grading (NM to NM-MT).
