Graded 86 NM+ 7.5 by SGC. It's the stuff that hobby dreams are made of. This 1910 E98 John McGraw (green) was one of nearly 700 cards from the designation uncovered by a Defiance, Ohio family in 2012. Resting untouched for over a century, these pristine specimens were discovered in a box in an attic. Each card stack was tightly secured by antique twine and had entirely escaped the harsh elements. The Hall of Fame McGraw meets the stringent criteria for the technical assessment with razor-sharp corners, creamy edges and "dead" centering. The checklist back is clean. One of three at the grading level with only two better.
