"I Don’t Believe what I Just Saw!" Hobbled by a string of leg injuries, Kirk Gibson sent an ill-fated Dennis Eckersley pitch into the right-field bleachers to give the Dodgers a 5-4 “walk off” victory over the Oakland Athletics to claim Game One of the 1988 World Series. The bearer of this Field Box full ticket missed the pandemonium. Graded VG 3 by PSA, it presents much nicer than the technical grade suggests with relatively solid corners, clean edges and crisp perforations. Interestingly, only fourteen complete copies have been judged by the third-party service.
