With their victory over the Boston Braves in Game 6 of the 1948 World Series, the Cleveland Indians tasted Fall Classic victory for the first time in 28 seasons. Graded Poor 1 by PSA. The offered 3rd Base Field Box stub was in attendance that afternoon at Braves Field. With deference to reverse paper loss/residue, the obverse still presents nicely with a crease-free surface, evenly worn corners and relatively clean edges. The event details are bright and legible.
