Graded VG 3 by PSA. From June 14th to August 1st 1978, Pete Rose notched a hit in 44 successive contests, good enough to tie (Wee) Willie Keeler's National League standard. This Braves vs. Reds ticket stub witnessed the streak end as Gene Garber fanned Rose in the ninth inning of the 16-4 Braves triumph. The pink Field Level voucher displays only a superficial surface crease which counts for the technical appraisal. Regardless, the ticket resides as the highest graded of two judged by the grading service.
