Facing each other in the Fall Classic for the first time since baseball had expanded to the West Coast in 1958, the Yankees and Giants returned to their New York “roots” for a Game 3 showdown in which the visitors fell short at Yankee Stadium despite a two-run ninth-inning rally. Encapsulated and Graded NM-MT 8 by PSA, this full ticket was issued in the Bronx for that 1962 Game 3 tilt. One of three specimens at its tier with none graded higher, the crisp voucher showcases brilliant colors, printed seating/event details and the hosts’ stars-and-stripes themed logo. Also contributing to the lofty technical assessment are sturdy perforations and an immaculate obverse and reverse.
