Graded 50 VG-EX 4 by SGC and confirmed as pose 205-4. This 1887 N172 Old Judge Joe Gunson depicts the light-hitting catcher during his stint with the Kansas City Cowboys of the American Association. The tobacco relic displays only general perimeter wear consistent with the technical judgment. The blank reverse concedes a horizontal crease along the upper edge which does not protrude the obverse.
